Initially, my professional journey commenced with a 2-year certification in Paralegal Studies, where I originally aspired to be a Paralegal. However, my career trajectory shifted towards Human Resources where I began working for a start-up E-Commerce company. It was with this company that I discovered my profound passion for the law, coupled with the rewarding experience of fostering meaningful connections and engaging with diverse individuals. Currently, I hold a Master's Degree in English from ASU, and I have a PHRca Certification demonstrating mastery of California wage and hour laws. I am always broadening my career knowledge through many business courses and certifications.

I have extensive experience in the construction industry and other niche industries, including compliance regulations around prevailing wage.   In my role as an HR Manager, I leveraged my diverse educational background and practical experience to implement innovative HR solutions that promote a positive work environment, attract and retain top talent, and ensure legal compliance. I am deeply committed to leveraging my diverse skill set and knowledge base to contribute significantly to your team's success and the broader organizational goals.

 

In my limited spare time, I enjoy relaxing at the beach or reading a good book. My current Leadership read is “The Coaching Habit – Say Less, Ask More & Change The Way You Lead Forever” by Michael Bungay Stanier.  I look forward to learning more about your interests and passions, and how I can best support your business.
